Use help@thelyracompany.com for general company questions or all-app bundle purchase, delivery, activation, recovery, and refund help. Contact us from the email address used at checkout. Do not email a license key or recovery token.
Refunds
Bundle refund requests are handled under the company refund policy.
Recover a license
Use the license help page to request a bundle recovery email or finish recovery from a one-time link. The request always shows the same response whether or not the email matches a purchase.
Response time
We are a small independent company. We will make a reasonable effort to reply promptly, but we do not currently promise a specific response time or round-the-clock support.
